Eleve offers a trauma-informed continuum of care built on compassion, clinical excellence, and meaningful human connection. Our goal is to provide a stable, supportive environment where clients can begin healing and rebuild their lives.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
A five-day-per-week therapeutic program with supportive housing for clients who need added structure and consistency during treatment.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Offered three or five days per week for clients stepping down from higher care or entering directly from the community, with supportive housing available when needed.
Both levels of care include psychiatric services, medication management, case management, family support, Medication-Assisted Treatment when appropriate, functional health and mental-health–focused therapies, holistic Eastern-influenced wellness practices, exercise and nutritional support, social and recreational activities, and access to 12-Step meetings.
