With your permission, we speak with loved ones about the program, communication, and how they can support you.
Admission Day Check-In
Arrive, get welcomed by our team, complete consent forms, and settle in. We keep it calm and easy.
Intake & Functional Health Labs
We complete intake paperwork and draw labs to support your functional health assessment (sleep, nutrition, inflammation, etc.).
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
You’ll meet with a psychiatric provider to review symptoms, medications, and immediate stabilization needs.
History & Physical (H&P)
A medical review to understand past and current health conditions that may influence care.
Bio-Psycho-Social Assessment & Treatment Plan
Your therapist completes a full assessment and collaborates with you on a personalized, goal-driven treatment plan.
Program & Facility Orientation
We introduce your schedule, therapy groups, support resources, and how to get the most from outpatient treatment.
Safety Call to Family (with consent)
We make a brief check-in call to a designated family member/support person to confirm you've started and share next steps.
Case Management Evaluation
We address real-life needs—financial stress and planning, employment/school coordination, legal issues, resources—and build an action plan.
Your First Week Check-Points
Daily/regular touchpoints to ensure medications, groups, and supports are dialed in; we adjust quickly if something isn’t working.
Ongoing Care & Step-Down
You progress through outpatient programming with regular treatment-plan reviews and step down intensity while maintaining support.
