What to Expect

Learn what to expect when you call and when you arrive.

What to Expect-

1

Initial Call (15–20 min)

Tell us what’s going on. We listen, answer questions, and outline next steps—no pressure, no judgment.

2

Insurance Eligibility Check

We verify benefits and out-of-pocket costs fast, then review options with you before anything moves forward.

3

Clinical Pre-Screen

A brief clinical chat to understand symptoms, safety needs, and the right level of outpatient care.

4

Schedule Admission & Transportation

We lock in your start date/time and, if needed, help coordinate transportation to the facility.

5

Family Welcome & Expectations

With your permission, we speak with loved ones about the program, communication, and how they can support you.

6

Admission Day Check-In

Arrive, get welcomed by our team, complete consent forms, and settle in. We keep it calm and easy.

7

Intake & Functional Health Labs

We complete intake paperwork and draw labs to support your functional health assessment (sleep, nutrition, inflammation, etc.).

8

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

You’ll meet with a psychiatric provider to review symptoms, medications, and immediate stabilization needs.

9

History & Physical (H&P)

A medical review to understand past and current health conditions that may influence care.

10

Bio-Psycho-Social Assessment & Treatment Plan

Your therapist completes a full assessment and collaborates with you on a personalized, goal-driven treatment plan.

11

Program & Facility Orientation

We introduce your schedule, therapy groups, support resources, and how to get the most from outpatient treatment.

12

Safety Call to Family (with consent)

We make a brief check-in call to a designated family member/support person to confirm you've started and share next steps.

13

Case Management Evaluation

We address real-life needs—financial stress and planning, employment/school coordination, legal issues, resources—and build an action plan.

14

Your First Week Check-Points

Daily/regular touchpoints to ensure medications, groups, and supports are dialed in; we adjust quickly if something isn’t working.

15
