Every program blends clinical care, mental health treatment, wellness practices, and family involvement to create meaningful, lasting change.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
5 Days Per Week • 5 Hours Per Day • Supportive Housing Available
PHP is our most structured level of care, offering five hours of clinical programming each day. This model is ideal for individuals who need consistent therapeutic support while developing insight, emotional stability, and daily recovery skills.
PHP Includes:
- Daily therapeutic groups & individual sessions
- Psychiatric care & medication management
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (when appropriate)
- Pharmacogenetic testing when indicated
- Mental health–focused interventions
- Functional health & wellness services
- Holistic Eastern-influenced wellness practices
- Family support & communication
- Case management including legal & financial support
- Recreational, social, & community-building activities
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
3 or 5 Days Per Week • 3 Hours Per Day • Supportive Housing Available
IOP offers the same full range of therapeutic, psychiatric, wellness, and support services as PHP, delivered in a more flexible schedule. It’s ideal for clients stepping down from PHP or beginning treatment with strong motivation and stability.
IOP Provides the Same Services as PHP:
- Therapeutic groups & individual sessions
- Psychiatric care & medication management
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (when appropriate)
- Pharmacogenetic DNA testing
- Mental health–focused clinical work
- Functional health & wellness services
- Holistic Eastern-influenced wellness practices
- Family involvement & communication
- Case management including legal & financial support
- Social, recreational, and community-based recovery activities
The main difference is time: PHP offers five hours a day; IOP offers three.
Outpatient Program (OP)
Flexible, Ongoing Support
OP helps clients maintain progress as they reintegrate into work, school, and daily life. It focuses on stability, accountability, and preventing setbacks.
OP Includes:
- Weekly therapy sessions
- Medication management
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (when appropriate)
- Pharmacogenetic DNA testing to support individualized medication decisions
- Psychiatric check-ins
- Case management including legal & financial support
- Continued wellness and family involvement
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Suboxone • Subutex • Vivitrol
MAT is available across all levels of care for clients who benefit from FDA-approved medications that support recovery.
Why MAT Helps:
- Suboxone & Subutex reduce cravings, stabilize early recovery, and help prevent relapse.
- Vivitrol blocks opioid effects and reduces alcohol cravings, supporting long-term sobriety.
- When combined with therapy, MAT increases stability, engagement, and treatment success.
Psychiatric & Mental Health Services
Our psychiatric team provides thorough assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing medication management, using pharmacogenetic DNA testing when helpful to guide medication selection.
We Address:
- Anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders
- Co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions
- Emotional instability and overwhelm
- Thought patterns and beliefs that drive unhealthy behavior
Care is integrated with therapy, case management, and wellness services.
