Frequently Asked Questions

1. What level of care is right for me?

The best level of care depends on your current stability, symptoms, and personal goals. Our team completes a thorough assessment to help you choose the safest, most effective starting point.

2. Do you offer supportive housing?

Yes, supportive housing is available for clients in PHP and IOP who benefit from added structure and accountability. It provides a safe, recovery-focused environment during treatment.

3. What’s the difference between PHP and IOP?

PHP is five hours of treatment per day, while IOP is three hours—but both include the same full range of clinical, psychiatric, wellness, and case management services. The main difference is structure and time, not quality.

4. Do you treat mental health issues along with addiction?

Absolutely. Eleve is designed to treat co-occurring mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders alongside substance use.

5. Do you offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)?

Yes, we provide Suboxone, Subutex, and Vivitrol when clinically appropriate. MAT helps reduce cravings, improve stability, and significantly boosts long-term recovery outcomes.

6. Are families involved in the treatment process?

Yes, family involvement is an important part of our approach. We offer communication, guidance, and education to help families heal together and support long-term recovery.

7. How long does treatment last?

Length of stay varies based on your needs, progress, and clinical recommendations. Most clients participate in a combination of PHP, IOP, and OP over several weeks to build real, lasting change.

8. Do you accept insurance?

Yes, Eleve accepts most major insurance plans. Our team verifies benefits quickly and provides clear information on coverage before you begin treatment.

9. What can I expect on my first day?

Your first day includes a warm welcome, a full clinical and psychiatric assessment, and a personalized treatment plan. You’ll meet staff, explore the facility, and get oriented so you feel comfortable right away.

10. What makes Eleve different from other programs?

We look beyond symptoms and stabilization to understand the deeper emotional and behavioral patterns driving your struggles. Our #1 priority is improving your long-term quality of life in a meaningful, sustainable way for you and your family.
