Substance use may exist alongside anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, or repeated treatment experiences. Eleve starts with listening—then builds an individualized pathway around what the person is actually experiencing.
Individualized pathways
Structured PHP (five clinical hours daily), IOP (three hours), and OP levels of care for adults—both include the same full range of clinical, psychiatric, wellness, and case-management services. Medication-assisted treatment with Suboxone, Subutex, or Vivitrol when clinically appropriate.
A specialty pathway built for the full pattern behind gambling-related harm—not only the act of gambling. The planned model combines psychiatric evaluation, therapy that addresses urges, distorted beliefs about probability, and relapse patterns, financial stabilization and budgeting support, voluntary self-exclusion assistance, and family repair work within one coordinated outpatient program.
A planned outpatient pathway for depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood instability—combining comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, individualized therapy, clinically focused groups, medication management, pharmacogenetic DNA testing, and case management that follows through on real life: work, school, family, and continuity of care.

A partial hospitalization program (PHP) generally involves more weekly treatment time than an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Both provide scheduled clinical programming while you live outside the treatment center.
Your assessment, clinical needs and ongoing treatment-plan reviews guide the appropriate level of care. You do not need to choose the level before your first conversation with Admissions.
